V-Twin 51-1040 - Replica Knucklehead Frame

Replica Knucklehead frame is an authentic reproduction of the factory style frame with 28? Rake. 1936 only style features 1" down tubes with weld on style side car mounts particular to 1936 only!
Forged parts including neck front and rear engine mounts side car loops top seat yoke footboard tabs and rear axle plates are exactly where they should be. The 28? neck angle will accept inline spring forks. Mechanical brake cross shaft bushings correct tool box mount and grease fittings are installed. Frame will accommodate Knucklehead or Big Twin Flathead engine and 3 or 4-speed transmission. In lieu of a serial number a Manufacturer's Statement of Origin is available upon request.

Tech Note:

Knucklehead frame requires purchase of clamp on coil bracket kit #49-0099.
In some instances it may be necessary to ream or file holes slightly in order to assemble parts onto the frame.
